Innes Dey
Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary

Innes Dey joined Northbridge in February 2005 and currently serves as our Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary.

Prior to Northbridge, Innes was Senior Counsel, Corporate Finance for Canada Life Financial Corporation, where he advised on a broad range of corporate finance matters and participated on the senior management team that guided the acquisition and integration of Canada Life by Great West Lifeco in 2003. Innes began his career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he practiced in the securities group of the firm’s Toronto office from 1996 to 2002.

Innes holds a law degree from Queen’s University at Kingston, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree from the University of Western Ontario.
